well try this codes might help you to fix your phone… this universal useful codes corresponds phone model and phone type…

NOTE!: you must find your phone model and type before entering the codes .

    hey kriz… there are ways to format it but it depends on the phone condition…why you need to format it? You can manually format your phone through codes like mark said that's the safest way to format it, but if the phone didn’t respond on this codes, you need to use power box to fix it, in this case you need to see your phone service center or any authorized cellphone technician. They have this tools (power box) like z3x or nspro…

    hi there.. try this…
    1st, off your phone
    dial 367628 and turn on (at the same time) the phone.
    Then dial the below code: # * 152648845216254642465265666 * 872454565245455# and dial up. The request will not accepted at first. Try it three times and then get to the settings and remove any code on the phone.
    Then dial *# (your IMEI number ) * 36542415# and dial up.
